Cancellation & Refund Policy
Class Cancellation
Group classes may be cancelled up to 3 hours before the session for a full return of the session to your package. Private and semi-private sessions require 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations are deducted from your balance.
Studio-Initiated Cancellation
If Respira cancels a class, the session is automatically returned to your package at no cost. Where a single session was paid for directly, a full refund is issued to the original payment method.
Package Validity
All packages expire on the date shown at purchase. Expired sessions are non-refundable. Unused sessions within a valid package are not refundable for cash but remain available until expiry.
Product Returns
Unused products in original condition may be returned within 7 days of pickup for a full refund to the original payment method. Worn or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
