At Respira, you stay in control of your personal data. This page summarizes the choices available to you and how to exercise them.
Respira does not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. There is no data sale to opt out of.
You can choose which notifications you receive at any time from Profile > Settings in the App. You can turn class reminders, package balance alerts, appreciation messages, and studio announcements on or off individually. You can also disable all notifications from your device settings.
You can view and update most of your personal information — including your name, phone number, emergency contact, and practice preferences — directly in the App. For a full copy of the data we hold about you, contact us using the details below.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile > Settings > Delete account. Your account is deactivated immediately, and your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your health information at any time. Because this information is used to keep you safe during sessions, withdrawing it may limit your ability to book certain classes. To withdraw consent, contact us or delete your account.
