Privacy Choices & Account Deletion
This page applies to Respira / Respira Pilates and explains how to manage your information, including without access to the app.
Delete your account in the app
Open Profile > Settings > Delete account and confirm. Once completed successfully, your sign-in identity is deleted and personal profile fields, including contact details, health notes and the push token, are cleared. You can no longer sign in to that deleted account. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete it.
Request deletion without the app
Email hello@respira.sa from your registered email. Use the subject Respira account deletion request, identify your account, and ask us to delete the account and associated personal data. If you cannot use your registered email, contact us to arrange ownership verification. Never send your password or full card details.
What can remain
Limited booking, payment, package, waiver and audit records may remain for transaction integrity and applicable legal, accounting, security or dispute requirements, with identifying profile details and related personal text removed by the deletion process. Retention periods vary according to the type of record and the purpose for which it is kept. Payment and platform providers have their own retention obligations. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
Access, correction and consent
Edit available profile fields in the app, or email us to request access, a copy, correction, deletion of particular information, or withdrawal of consent for processing that relies on consent. Tell us if you want to keep the account and delete only specific data. We may verify your identity and explain any information we must retain. We respond within applicable legal time limits.
Notifications
Change available notification preferences in Profile > Settings, or turn push notifications off in your device settings. You can continue using core booking features without notification permission.
Advertising and contact
We do not sell personal information or share it with advertising networks for targeted advertising. Service providers still process information to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

خيارات الخصوصية وحذف الحساب
تخص هذه الصفحة تطبيق رِسبيرا / Respira Pilates وتوضح إدارة معلوماتك، حتى دون الوصول إلى التطبيق.
حذف الحساب داخل التطبيق
افتحي الملف الشخصي > الإعدادات > حذف الحساب وأكدي الطلب. بعد اكتماله بنجاح، تُحذف هوية تسجيل الدخول وتُمسح حقول الملف الشخصية، بما فيها بيانات التواصل والملاحظات الصحية ورمز الإشعارات. لا يمكن بعدها الدخول إلى الحساب المحذوف. إزالة التطبيق وحدها لا تحذف الحساب.
طلب الحذف دون التطبيق
أرسلي من بريدك المسجل إلى hello@respira.sa بعنوان طلب حذف حساب رِسبيرا. حددي الحساب واطلبي حذف الحساب والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به. إذا تعذر استخدام البريد المسجل، تواصلي معنا لترتيب التحقق من ملكية الحساب. لا ترسلي كلمة المرور أو بيانات البطاقة الكاملة.
البيانات التي قد تبقى
قد تبقى سجلات محدودة للحجوزات والمدفوعات والباقات والإقرارات والتدقيق لحفظ سلامة العمليات ومتطلبات النظام والمحاسبة والأمان والنزاعات، مع إزالة بيانات الملف المحددة للهوية والنصوص الشخصية المرتبطة التي تعالجها عملية الحذف. تختلف مدة الاحتفاظ بحسب نوع السجل والغرض من الاحتفاظ به. لمزودي الدفع والمنصات التزامات احتفاظ مستقلة. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.
الوصول والتصحيح والموافقة
عدّلي الحقول المتاحة في التطبيق أو راسلينا لطلب الوصول إلى البيانات أو نسخة منها أو تصحيحها أو حذف معلومات محددة أو سحب الموافقة على المعالجة التي تستند إليها. وضحي إذا أردت الاحتفاظ بالحساب وحذف بيانات معينة فقط. قد نتحقق من الهوية ونوضح المعلومات المطلوب الاحتفاظ بها. نرد ضمن المدد النظامية المطبقة.
الإشعارات
عدّلي خيارات الإشعارات المتاحة من الملف الشخصي > الإعدادات، أو عطلي الإشعارات من إعدادات الجهاز. يمكنك متابعة استخدام الحجز الأساسي دون إذن الإشعارات.
الإعلانات والتواصل
لا نبيع المعلومات الشخصية ولا نشاركها مع شبكات الإعلانات للاستهداف الإعلاني. يعالج مزودو الخدمة المعلومات اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة كما توضح سياسة الخصوصية.
